How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time varies by location and can be longer than 10 days due to high demand. Most of our products are hand-made from vendors all over the world. To be able to offer Free Shipping Worldwide and have competitive prices, shipping times will vary and orders may come in separate packages.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped. It will have your tracking information although sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update the system.
