Shri Chakra is a famous Tantra symbol reflecting the mystic structure of the Universe. The central part of Chakra consists of 9 interlocking triangles forming 43 triangles that are grouped around Bindu point, the cosmic center.
The 9 triangles represent Shakti (or female) – 5 downward triangles, and Shiva (or male) – 4 upward triangles. These triangles indicate the wholeness of the cosmos and the human body. Each triangle is a step on the path to connect with the Universe.
This sacred pattern is a part of the Siddha Yoga whose disciples have been using it to discover the secrets of the Universe for more than a thousand years.
