All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you should contact us within 12 hours from the moment you placed your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our No. 1 priority. You can request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
– You have not received them within the guaranteed time which is 45 business days (not including 2-5 business processing days).
– You have received a wrong item.
– You do not want the product you have received. In this case you would have to return the item at your own expense and the item has to be in an unused condition.
We do not issue the refund if:
– Your order has not arrived due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
– Your order has not arrived due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
– You have ordered a wrong product (size, color, type, etc.). But you can return your order at your expense and we will issue a refund.
You can submit refund or return requests within:
– 10 business days after the order is delivered.
– 45 business days since your order was placed. You can do that by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, for example different size or color, please Contact Us first and we will guide you through the process.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
